My 2006 Mazda 6 V6 GT. I miss it sometimes. It was a wedding gift to me in 2013.

I wonder if Mazda would actually lose sales if they only offered the 6/Atenza as a 5-door and/or wagon.
Between my wife and I we’ve owned 4 of the first gen (GG) models, but all 4 were sedans; hers was by choice, mine was because they were available from our wholesale lot. The
5-door was always prettier - and more practical - and the wagon was a looker, too, despite the red-only turn signal situation (which was changeable with an amber bulb, thankfully). I’d have much preferred the 5-door or wagon (I’m a sucker for practicality
, especially if that means the
rear window
has a wiper
instead of just
a defroster), but they weren’t available at the time and budget,
and the sedans were.

Better than a Forte by a mile.
